Is the chain & bar supplied a low profile chain & bar?
Yes both are about 3-4" high. Top to bottom, Easy to maneuver and handle. After priming the saw usually starts within 2 pulls. After warm within the first pull.
What if the chain is stuck during startup?
Check that the chain is installed properly and tightened.
What if the spark plug don't have enough spark?
Please set the distance between 0.35mm-0.4mm.
Where do you buy the accessories for this saw?

What if the spark plug has no spark?
You need to replace a spark plug first and see if it got a spark, if there is still no spark, please replace a new coil.
